The Role

Job Description:
Our Senior Instructional Designers partner with their peers and our internal clients to analyze and identify learning needs. From there, they design and develop solutions for a variety of audiences that include different modalities: Everything from e-learning modules, multi-day learning events for virtual and in-person audiences, to blended designs and exciting media-based learning. We're big on gamification, interactivity, micro-learning, adaptive learning, peer-to-peer learning, and scenario-based learning. Our designs are optimized for both mobile and desktop applications. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Curriculum Development, Education) and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field
  • Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, and mobile learning solutions.
  • High proficiency using the following authoring tools: Articulate Storyline , Articulate 360 and RISE
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
  • Generative AI tools
  • A highly creative and consultative mindset, with demonstrated expertise in communicating to various levels of leadership within the organization to determine client learning needs and recommend learning solutions.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, with agility to effectively manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and Instructional Design principles (ADDIE, SAM).
  • Demonstrated experience developing complex and comprehensive (end-to-end) curriculum solutions using a variety of e-learning solutions.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
  • Advanced communication skills, written and verbal.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience working with different multimedia features such as audio files, graphics, digital photography, animation, and gamification tools.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience creating mobile learning solutions, creating the curriculum infrastructure within a mobile platform, and uploading content to a mobile LMS platform.
  • Project Management proficiency.
  • Telecommunications industry experience.


USD 72,200.00 - 108,200.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $72,200.00 - $108,200.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
