We are looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Analyst to lead end-to-end implementation activities for enterprise Healthcare SaaS solutions. The role requires strong healthcare domain knowledge, hands-on experience with SaaS implementations, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective product configurations and successful deployments.
You will work closely with healthcare organisations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure solutions are implemented accurately, adopted effectively, and aligned with clinical and operational workflows.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end implementation activities across the project lifecycle.
- Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business requirements, healthcare workflows, and operational processes.
- Gather, document, and validate functional and system requirements.
- Configure SaaS product modules based on client workflows, business requirements, and implementation specifications.
- Translate healthcare processes and requirements into practical product configurations and implementation solutions.
- Coordinate implementation milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder activities.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), scenario validation, test execution, and defect resolution.
- Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, integration, and implementation issues during deployment.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and other technical teams to resolve implementation challenges.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential blockers and proactively drive their resolution.
- Provide regular implementation status updates, project insights, and escalation information to stakeholders.
- Support go-live planning, deployment activities, transition, and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Provide customers with implementation guidance, product best practices, and workflow recommendations.
- Support successful customer onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing platform utilisation.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted implementation partner.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, documentation, templates, and delivery methodologies.
- Contribute to customer retention and expansion opportunities through strong implementation outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
What Makes You a Great Fit
