Job Title: IAM App On-boarding Specialist and Technical Business Analyst (Senior Consultant) - 5+ Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) App On-boarding Specialist and Technical Business Analyst with extensive experience in IAM technologies and a strong background in SAML, OAuth, OIDC, IGA, PAM, and SSO concepts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of applications into our IAM environment, as well as providing technical analysis and support to enhance our overall IAM strategy.
Responsibilities:

  1. Application On-boarding:
    1. Lead the onboarding process for new applications into the IAM environment, ensuring seamless integration with identity and access controls.
    2. Collaborate with application owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and assess the IAM integration needs.
  2. Technical Analysis:
    1. Conduct in-depth technical analysis of IAM requirements for applications, understanding the intricacies of SAML, OAuth, OIDC module.
    2. Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring the security and efficiency of IAM solutions.
  3. IAM Strategy Enhancement:
    1. Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the overall IAM strategy based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
    2. Collaborate with IAM architects to design and implement improvements in alignment with business objectives.
  4. Documentation:
    1. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM on-boarding processes, technical configurations, and integration details.
    2. Develop user guides and training materials to educate stakeholders on IAM concepts and best practices.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and business units, to ensure a unified approach to IAM implementations.
    2. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in IAM, with a focus on application onboarding and technical business analysis.
  3. Strong knowledge on IAM Domains like IGA, PAM, and SSO.
  4. Proven experience working with IAM tools and platforms.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
