Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) App On-boarding Specialist and Technical Business Analyst with extensive experience in IAM technologies and a strong background in SAML, OAuth, OIDC, IGA, PAM, and SSO concepts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of applications into our IAM environment, as well as providing technical analysis and support to enhance our overall IAM strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Application On-boarding:
- Lead the onboarding process for new applications into the IAM environment, ensuring seamless integration with identity and access controls.
- Collaborate with application owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and assess the IAM integration needs.
- Technical Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis of IAM requirements for applications, understanding the intricacies of SAML, OAuth, OIDC module.
- Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring the security and efficiency of IAM solutions.
- IAM Strategy Enhancement:
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the overall IAM strategy based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with IAM architects to design and implement improvements in alignment with business objectives.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM on-boarding processes, technical configurations, and integration details.
- Develop user guides and training materials to educate stakeholders on IAM concepts and best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and business units, to ensure a unified approach to IAM implementations.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, with a focus on application onboarding and technical business analysis.
- Strong knowledge on IAM Domains like IGA, PAM, and SSO.
- Proven experience working with IAM tools and platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
