Position Responsibilities
Lead HR operations for 700+ employees in warehouse, facilities and office employees.
Provide support at our Houston and Denver sales offices.
Build, coach and develop a high-preforming HR team to ensure excellent service.
Recruit, interview and hire high-caliber employees and leaders for Uline.
Collaborate with leadership on hiring, performance management, employee relations and engagement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.
5+ years of management experience.
Knowledgeable of federal and Texas employment laws.
Travel for initial training at Uline’s North American locations.
