Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities
This role will provide key HR leadership and support multiple aspects of PDx organization including Commercial, Integrated Supply Chain, global functions based in China through the following:
- Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including organizational design, executive development, succession planning, coaching, talent selection, etc. to drive growth and achieve financial goals.
- Drive strong leadership development and selection processes to position the business with quality talent options for critical roles.
- Act as an organizational coach, who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with clients to maximize team performance
- Serve as a valued business partner in developing strategy and providing counsel to the leadership team … strategically collaborate with leadership to design and implement the most effective organizational structures, design the organization of the future.
- Research and leverage best practices across GEHC and in external businesses to drive a faster and simpler organization
- Partner with the HR and business leadership teams to help create a positive and contemporary work environment / culture in a complex environment and leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving broad change
- Collaborate across the business and functions to support the business transformation and provide HR leadership support to PDx Japan and Korea team on request base.
- Lead HRBPs, assigning and delegating fundamental HR activities to focus on strategic organizational and employee development strategies and provide appropriate coaching, mentoring and development opportunities that provide exposure to varied HR skills and experiences
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial / Organizational Psychology from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 15 years of increasing HR business partner responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication, coaching, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change through strong influencing and change management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive the HR strategic agenda using knowledge of the organization and its employees
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy as well as carry the strategy through to execution with strong progressive thinking
- Ability to support clients in multiple locations and open to travel
