Job Description

We are looking for a hands‑on, business‑savvy Senior HR Location Specialist who can act as the right hand of the HR Lead and take ownership of both daily on‑site HR operations and Compensation & Benefits topics. This role blends operational excellence with strategic HR responsibility — ideal for a senior HR professional who enjoys being close to employees while managing key compensation processes and supporting leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Location HR Operations

  • Serve as a main HR contact for all on‑site employees.
  • Manage day‑to‑day HR matters and ad‑hoc employee requests.
  • Maintain strong employee communication and foster a positive local HR experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Coordinate and manage annual salary review cycles and annual bonus process.
  • Oversee and maintain job architecture and job evaluation systems.
  • Manage local benefit programs and propose improvements.
  • Support transparency and internal equity initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate data, documentation, and compliance with local regulations.

Strategic & Advisory Support

  • Act as the deputy to the HR Lead; support strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Drive location‑level adaptation of global, country, and BU HR initiatives.
  • Partner with managers to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

HR Governance & Improvement

  • Ensure HR documentation and processes meet legal and company standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR tools, processes, and reporting.
  • Support change management and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid generalist HR background, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with Compensation & Benefits topics.
  • Confidence in navigating both operational HR tasks and strategic discussions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a people‑first mindset.
  • Structured, compliance‑driven work style with strong analytical abilities.
  • Hungarian and English are used on a daily basis in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of Hungarian legal regulations (regarding HR topics) is an advantage.
