So, what’s the role all about?

NiCE is seeking a Senior HR Operations specialist to join our Global HR Operations team in Israel. 

This role will play a key role in driving process excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across Global HR Operations. The successful candidate will partner closely with HR Operations, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Shared Services teams to identify process improvement opportunities, optimize workflows, strengthen operational governance, improve data quality, and leverage technology to enhance the employee experience and scale HR service delivery globally. 

In addition, this individual will support day-to-day employee lifecycle operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of onboarding, employee changes, mobility, compensation updates, offboarding, and other core HR processes. 

The ideal candidate combines strong HR Operations expertise with a solution-oriented mindset, utilizing data, technology, AI and operational insights to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive sustainable improvements across the HR organization. 


How will you make an impact?  

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence 

  • Analyze HR processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, service gaps, and recurring issues. 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across employee lifecycle processes. 
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, governance controls, and operational playbooks. 
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions to improve operational performance. 

Global Employee Lifecycle Management 

  • Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, job changes, mobility, compensation changes, and offboarding. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data and HR transactions. 
  • Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 

HR Systems & Service Delivery 

  • Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to optimize HR workflows and system processes. 
  • Support enhancements within Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and related HR technologies. 
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and identify opportunities to improve SLA performance and employee experience. 
  • Promote adoption of standardized processes and case management best practices. 

Data Governance & Analytics 

  • Maintain high standards of HR data quality and integrity. 
  • Perform audits and data validation activities to identify and resolve discrepancies. 
  • Leverage reporting tools and operational metrics to generate insights and recommendations for HR leadership. 

Have you got what it takes? 

  • 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS, or related HR functions within a global organization. 
  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. 
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and service delivery models. 
  • Experience working with enterprise HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors. 
  • Experience working with case management or ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Fluent English, written and verbal. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working in a global HR environment. 
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement methodologies. 
  • Strong reporting and analytics capabilities using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools. 
  • Experience supporting automation, system enhancements, or digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Familiarity with HR operational governance, quality assurance, and service delivery metrics.
