Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum
5 years of experience in HR and legal roles, with a focus on trade and
agriculture sectors.
- Strong
knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent
communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability
to handle confidential information with integrity.
