Senior HR Executive - HR Operations & Payroll

The Senior HR Executive – HR Operations & Payroll is responsible for managing core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on payroll processing, payroll inputs, compliance, and reporting. This role ensures smooth HR administration, accurate salary coordination, statutory compliance, and effective employee support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR documentation
• Prepare HR letters such as offer, confirmation, experience, and disciplinary letters
• Coordinate and validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and allowances
• Work closely with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
• Manage attendance and leave records for payroll accuracy
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Generate HR and payroll-related reports
• Handle employee queries related to HR operations, payroll, leave, and benefits

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in HR Operations with strong payroll exposure
• Good knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and compliance
• Strong analytical, reporting, Excel, and HRIS skills
• High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
