To support our ongoing growth and transformation, we seek an experienced, commercially focused Senior HR Business Partner to work with our Passenger Services leadership team.

 The Opportunity

As Senior HR Business Partner – Passenger Services, you will advise senior operational leaders and help develop and implement people strategies that drive business performance, operational excellence and organizational transformation.

This high-profile role in a fast-paced airport environment requires expertise in workforce planning, leadership, employee engagement and organizational scalability. You will help drive growth, support major operational changes and ensure the business has the talent, structure and capabilities needed for the future.

The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, deep HR expertise and excels in environments that require both strategic thinking and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering
  • Partner with senior Passenger Services leaders to translate business objectives into practical people strategies.

  • Provide strategic advice on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and leadership effectiveness.

  • Support major business initiatives, growth plans and transformation programs.

Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation
  • Lead HR programs and implement organizational change and transformation initiatives related to tenders.

  • Drive continuous improvement across people processes, structures and ways of working.

  • Use workforce analytics and business insights to identify opportunities and improve organizational performance.

  • Ensure organizational readiness for operational growth, tender mobilizations and business expansion.

Talent & Leadership Development
  • Develop leadership capability through coaching, constructive challenge and support.

  • Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives.

  • Support performance management and talent review processes.

  • Promote internal mobility and career development opportunities across the organization.

Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and help foster a high-performance culture.

  • Work with leaders to enhance employee experience, retention and workforce stability.

Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Offer expert guidance on employment law, employee relations and complex people issues.

  • Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and governance standards throughout the organization.

  • Manage organizational risks and ensure compliance with local legislation and company requirements.

Data & Business Insights
  • Use workforce data, trends and analytics to inform decision making.

  • Monitor key people metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leaders.

  • Develop solutions that balance employee needs, operational demands and commercial objectives.

Experience
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex and operational environment.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.

  • Proven track record of leading organizational change and transformation initiatives

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.

  • Strong commercial and business acumen.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to challenge constructively and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving.

  • Agile mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong project management and execution capabilities.

  • High level of resilience, ownership and accountability.

Skills Required

  • 5-7 years progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience in complex operational environments
  • Experience leading organizational change, transformation initiatives and tender mobilizations
  • Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management and succession planning
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
  • Knowledge of employment law, employee relations and compliance with local legislation
  • Analytical, data-driven approach with experience using workforce analytics and business insights
  • Excellent communication, coaching and leadership development skills
  • Project management and execution capabilities; ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment
