What You Will Do to Change Lives  

The Senior HCM Project Manager, Planning & Implementation is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Human Capital Management (HCM) workstreams within the enterprise ERP transformation initiative. As a member of the Transformation Office, this role partners closely with HR leadership, HCM functional & workstream owners, the ERP implementation vendor, and the Finance Workstream Senior Project Manager to ensure coordinated, integrated and timely delivery.


Shifts Available:  

Full Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Expected starting wage range is $125,258.42 - $154,736.95. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.  The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.  Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. 

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)  

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field
  • Six to ten (6–10) years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments. 
  • Direct experience leading or managing ERP implementations that include HCM modules (e.g., Workday HCM, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors). 
  • Experience managing workstreams within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation initiatives. 
  • Experience working with system integrators or ERP implementation vendors.
