ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own lifecycle of PCBAs for ONE's BMS products, from concept to post-launch
- Optimize electrical designs for performance, cost, manufacturability, testability
- Create and own functional specifications for BMS electrical components and assemblies
- Define and write detailed BMS hardware test plans; analyze test data, write detailed test reports, and present results and recommendations to engineering management
- Lead physical testing on prototypes
- Design circuits in Altium, define floor planning and lead review of PCB layouts
- Support ongoing/continuous product and process improvement
- Own basic testing and analysis; support advanced testing and analysis
- Identify and solve root causes for test failures and production problems
- Optimize designs via analytical, numerical, and/or empirical assessments
