Lead advanced electrochemistry R&D for lithium-ion battery cells, design and execute experiments (DOEs, cycling, EIS, CV), analyze degradation and performance, build data infrastructure, collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers, transfer developments to production, and support root-cause investigations and equipment evaluation to improve yield, safety, and lifetime.
