Develop and deploy PCBA end-of-line functional test systems for production. Responsibilities include creating automated tests and fixtures, interfacing with embedded communication protocols, supporting PCBA bring-up and validation, analyzing yield data, troubleshooting failures, maintaining test documentation and equipment, and deploying systems with contract manufacturers. The role requires collaboration with electrical and firmware engineers to improve coverage, quality, and production performance.

Assist with designing and developing analog, digital, and power electronics circuits and PCBs. Support schematic capture, PCB layout, simulation, testing, documentation, design reviews, and hardware troubleshooting. Operate laboratory equipment, execute electronics test plans, collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering teams, and contribute to root cause analysis and design problem-solving.

Develop and validate embedded battery management software spanning drivers, hardware abstraction, communication stacks, diagnostics, bootloaders, and application controls. Implement BMS functions including cell monitoring, balancing, contactor control, isolation detection, and metrology. Debug target hardware, resolve root causes, maintain traceability and documentation, apply safe coding practices, and collaborate within an agile DevOps-oriented team.

The role involves leading budgeting, financial reporting, collaborating with departments for financial guidance, and improving financial models and reporting processes.

Lead technical business development for high-voltage battery systems: develop go-to-market and account strategies, engage technical and executive customers, lead capture and proposal efforts, represent the company at events, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.

Manage recruiting requisitions from job posting through accepted offer, including candidate screening, interview coordination, hiring manager partnership, offers, and recruiting records. Support onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data maintenance, employee documentation, compliance, reporting, and process improvement. Provide onsite HR support at the Van Buren plant while maintaining confidentiality and responsive service to employees, candidates, managers, and external partners.

Design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems and HMI/SCADA for automated manufacturing. Integrate robotics, vision, drives, and MES interfaces; troubleshoot production equipment; lead equipment installations, FAT/SAT, and controls documentation; ensure machine safety and compliance; analyze performance data to drive process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads mechanical component development from concept through prototype, validation, and production readiness. Responsibilities include 3D CAD design, GD&T drawings, fabrication, assembly, debugging, DFM analysis, DFMEA support, risk mitigation, supplier engagement, and design optimization. The role also conducts R&D on novel battery-pack structures and mechanical systems, evaluates designs analytically and empirically, and supports prototype builds and manufacturing launch.

Support sales and business development by preparing quotes, maintaining CRM and commercial materials, scheduling meetings, managing forecasts and orders in D365, conducting market research, and assisting with trade shows and legal documentation.

Analyzes supply chain, inventory, supplier, purchasing, and planning data; develops reports, dashboards, and KPIs; identifies shortages, risks, and root causes; supports inventory optimization, forecasting, S&OP, supplier reviews, ERP/MRP data management, and manufacturing planning. Partners cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, quality, program management, and finance to improve material availability, data accuracy, cost visibility, and supply chain performance.

Integrates, commissions, troubleshoots, and optimizes automated manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, robots, vision systems, networks, and safety controls. Supports equipment design reviews, FAT, SAT, installation, production launches, MES and SCADA integration, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, documentation, standards, and technical training. Collaborates with engineering, maintenance, operations, quality, IT/OT, suppliers, and machine integrators to improve safety, quality, throughput, uptime, and reliability.

Lead finance efforts for programs by managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Collaborate with teams, prepare financial reports, and mentor junior staff.
