Lead technical business development for high-voltage battery systems: develop go-to-market and account strategies, engage technical and executive customers, lead capture and proposal efforts, represent the company at events, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.

Develop BMS controls and diagnostic algorithms, perform testing and validation in simulation environments, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate within an agile engineering team.

Lead cross-functional battery, energy storage, and vehicle electrification programs from concept to volume production. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, and leadership to deliver product and process validation on time and on budget. Drive program execution, manage risks, track milestones, report to executives, and support continuous improvement for NPI and manufacturing scale-up.

The Senior Director will oversee strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier development, materials planning, logistics, and risk management for critical components in the supply chain.
