We’re looking for an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team to lead transformative marketing projects that challenge industry norms and drive meaningful impact across a portfolio of tech and “Mittelstand” companies.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll partner with companies to identify, analyse, and implement key growth strategies and channels that accelerate commercial success and foster sustainable growth.
Our Marketing team includes a group of curious, data-driven experts who help our portfolio companies grow their customer base. The team covers all areas of programmatic paid media, customer experience tactics, demand generation, marketing automation & MarTech, and Marketing Ops.

In this role, you’ll:
- Conceive, pitch and execute marketing strategies across various growth channels (organic and paid) for the companies we work with across a wide range of industries, geographies, and business models
- Act as a trusted advisor to our portfolio companies, offering expertise in growth opportunities and marketing trends, channels and platforms,
- Sharp communication of progress, results, and strategic adjustments
- Work with clients onsite to oversee project implementation and stakeholder engagement
Typical tasks:
- Assess the status quo in the Marketing setups and ensuring the recommendations are being understood and acted upon
- Consult our portfolio companies in crucial moments how to grow their revenues
- Steer channels, test landing pages and creatives to align with KPIs such as CPO, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and incrementally
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate measurement, tracking, and reporting
- Create reports and continuously monitor KPIs to support data-driven actions and hypotheses
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in the area of B2B and B2C Growth Marketing, ideally in an agency or consultancy
- Solid understanding of and experience managing different growth channels and platforms - including, but not limited to, Facebook ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, YouTube ads etc.
- Confidence in working with numbers and analysing and interpreting data with a strong ability to implement basic tracking
- Familiarity with or proficiency in relevant AI and automation technologies
- Ability to adapt a fast-paced approach to a wide range of corporate, SMB and startup environments
- Eager to challenge the status quo and driven to set new standards
- Open for frequent travel (within Europe and the UK)
- Excellent communication skills with business fluency in both German and English. Other languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Danish or Swedish are considered advantageous
Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
