The Head of Marketing plays a crucial role in positioning Lounge by Zalando as the go-to fashion destination by aligning our marketing strategy with our unique value proposition. This role is centered on creating incremental impact through advanced marketing strategies and analytics. We're seeking a data-driven Head of Marketing to join our team, with a focus on developing and executing strategies that enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical marketing expertise, commercial awareness and the ability to diagnose and implement growth-driving mechanisms.
The Head of Marketing will lead a team of approximately 22 professionals across Performance, Brand, and Marketing Operations. They will oversee efforts in affiliates, display advertising, paid social, SEA, SEO, and ASO, ensuring a balanced approach between branding and performance marketing. Additionally, they’ll develop tailored marketing strategies and localize our customer experience across 17 Lounge markets.
Among your peers are: Head of Analytics, Head of Demand Tech, Head of Graphics and Content and Head of CRM.
