Myriad AI team

We are hiring our first Marketing team member, someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and who is excited to build Myriad’s growth engine from the ground up.

You will drive performance and conversion-focused marketing across all channels, set up scalable growth systems, partner closely with our founders, and directly influence how Myriad appears to customers, candidates, and the global market. This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who enjoys moving quickly, experimenting, and iterating based on data.

You’ll work closely with design, product, engineering, and the sales team to develop assets, build funnels, and execute campaigns that support our go-to-market motion. We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and creative, equally comfortable evaluating metrics, writing landing page copy, or launching paid campaigns.

• Drive and optimize performance marketing across digital channels with a focus on conversions and measurable impact.

• Plan, execute, and analyze end-to-end growth campaigns with full hands-on ownership.

• Collaborate with our designer and cross-functional teams to create high-quality marketing assets.

• Manage, maintain, and evolve our website content with support from our front-end team.

• Lead and grow Myriad’s social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn.

• Plan and run webinars, including promotion, logistics, follow-up, and lead nurturing.

• Oversee sponsored content, partnerships, and distribution opportunities.

• Build out the Myriad AI learning platform

• Coordinate company presence at trade shows, including pre-event preparation and post-event lead management.

• Support copywriting needs; writing articles is a plus

• Analyze marketing performance, report insights, and continuously optimize funnels.

• Work closely with sales to align messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy.
  

• 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, and digital marketing.

• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.

• Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and optimizing acquisition funnels.

• Excellent written communication; copywriting skills are a plus.

• Proactive, hands-on operator who takes full ownership of outcomes.

• Experience with core marketing tools, such as:

  • HubSpot or a similar CRM/automation platform
    

  • Apollo or similar outreach/sequence tool
    

  • LinkedIn Business Manager
    

  • Google Ads
    

  • Google Analytics
    

• Experience in a structured environment (larger tech or agency) combined with the ability to operate independently in a startup environment.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
