As part of our Global Brand & Creative Team, you'll work closely with fellow team members, brand strategists, project managers, and key stakeholders. In this role, As a member of the Global Brand & Creative Team, you will lead some projects from conception to production, while working closely to support designers, writers and motion designers on others. In addition, you’ll help optimize our content across digital, social and paid media (among other formats) as we tell a contextually relevant story around the world.
Your Day to Day
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will:
Play a critical role in supporting all facets of in-house advertising and marketing through your design expertise. This includes traditional, digital, storyboarding, trade-show deliverables, social channel deliverables, corporate identities, omnichannel campaign concepting as well as presenting and articulating all of the above when needed.
Manage multiple projects while consistently producing best-in-class work.
Develop strong, productive relationships with creatives, project managers and stakeholders.
Quickly establish yourself as a reliable player for Brand & Creative day-to-day needs.
Actively contribute to creating a kind, accountable, collaborative, and thriving environment.
What We’re Looking For
As a Senior Graphic Designer, your background will look like:
5+ years of professional experience, most recently in a similar design role, with a diverse, cross‑channel portfolio showcasing your best work.
Expert in design fundamentals and theory; strong design thinking and problem‑solving that deliver clear, effective solutions.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); experience with animation/motion graphics, After Effects, Premiere, Figma, and/or PowerPoint design (under tight deadlines) is a plus.
Strong presenter and communicator who can articulate creative and strategy to stakeholders and leadership; collaborative, proactive, and receptive to feedback.
Highly organized and accountable; manages time well, meets deadlines, and juggles multiple projects with ease.
Deep understanding of brand fundamentals beyond design
