The Go-to-Market Technology Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and implementation of marketing & sales technologies. This role focuses on ensuring that systems are running efficiently and that platforms are effectively supporting the broader go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with the Revenue Operations team to improve workflows, automate processes, and provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams.
 

What You'll Do:
  • Focus on the Martech Stack (Marketo, Drift, Bynder, Sprout Social, SplashThat)

  • Assist in the selection, implementation, and optimization of our GTM technologies, ensuring they align with business needs.

  • Coordinate vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs for all third-party applications and services within the GTM application landscape.

  • Monitor day-to-day performance of platforms ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.

  • Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams, troubleshooting platform issues and resolving them promptly.

  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and updates of GTM tools.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with sales and marketing platforms, escalating when necessary.

  • Assist in ensuring that platforms are aligned with company policies and data compliance regulations.

  • Track system performance and generate reports to highlight key operational metrics..

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and that all systems align with company policies.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify ways to improve workflow automation and tool usage.

  • Work on the integration of new tools into the existing technology stack, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Train team members on new technologies and updates to ensure proper adoption.

  • Streamline and automate operational processes across the GTM tech stack, enhancing overall productivity, with a focus on Martech

  • Create scalable processes and workflows that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing operations.

  • Track and report on the performance of technology systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with key business metrics.

  • Establish and enforce best practices for technology use, data management, and process optimization.

  • Collaborate with the operations manager to identify areas for process improvement and automation.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, but not required.

  • 3-5 years of experience working with marketing technologies. 

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other operational tools.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to implement technology solutions.

  • Familiarity with data compliance requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience supporting cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Marketo Experience Preferred.
