What you’ll do:
- Collect and prioritize functional requirements with stakeholders (customers, internal areas and stakeholders).
- Translate business needs into requirements, with clear stories, acceptance, and technical and functional criteria.
- Facilitate alignment with stakeholders to ensure understanding, support, and involvement in all phases of the project.
- Conduct the resolution of complex issues, identifying solutions and mitigating risks that impact delivery and results.
- Conduct process mappings, ensure deadlines to meet business requirements.
- Define and track metrics (KPIs) for project management
- Work together with cross-functional teams
- Facilitate refinement, planning, reviews and retrospective meetings.
- Perform market benchmarking to ensure innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead and influence decisions based on critical analysis and alignment with the organization's goals.
What you need to have:
- Consolidated experience as a Project Manager
- Proven experience in lean methodologies
- Strong ability to collect and specify functional
- Experience with stakeholder alignment, senior leadership communication, managing expectations and ensuring assertive deliveries.
- Proven ability to deal with complex issues, performing critical analysis and proposing effective solutions.
- Ability to align business needs with user experience.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
- Complete higher education in areas such as: Administration, Engineering, Technology, Project Management or related.
- Advanced English
What would be nice if you had it:
- CSPO, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.
- Experience in digital products or technology companies.
- Experience in Lean and Design Thinking.
