Key Responsibilities include:

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce applications and customize them using declarative tools to meet specific business needs.
  • Integration: Work on integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support to ensure effective use of Salesforce solutions.
