Lead and manage infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines using DevOps best practices.
Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and secure software delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
Integrate and optimize services on Vultr and AWS cloud environments.
Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and technical mentorship
5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
Must have hands-on DevOps Engineer experience, including CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
Experience with Vultr cloud hosting is required.
Prior experience in HR Tech or Fintech.
Strong frontend skills using Vue.js, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
Backend proficiency with Node.js, Python, or Java.
Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Proficient in tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
