Senior Frontend Engineer

DOSS is building an Operations Cloud for the real world. We deliver a modern, AI-native platform that helps physical product businesses manage the flow of goods, dollars, and data across procurement, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and finance in real time. Purpose-built to replace spreadsheet chaos and rigid, consultant-heavy ERP implementations, DOSS delivers fast time-to-value and stays adaptable as a business evolves. Through our Adaptive Resource Platform (ARP) and unified operational data model, teams can deploy quickly, automate workflows, and make changes without months of re-implementation. We recently raised a $55M Series B co-led by Madrona and Premji Invest, with participation from Intuit Ventures, Theory Ventures, General Catalyst, Contrary Capital, and Pathlight VC. DOSS is trusted by fast-growing operators to run critical operations with speed, control, and confidence.

• Architect and build core frontend for our collaborative cloud platform.

• Own technical roadmap of features as they related to the customer facing experience.

• Create flexible infrastructure and components the scale in a composable software setting (think tools like Retool, Airtable, Zapier, Figma, Notion)

Experience

• Going from 0 to 1 in ambiguous settings.

• Fluent in Typescript, React, NextJS, and Tailwind.

• Familiar with GraphQL, Postgres, ORMs, Node (Express).

• Comfortable using internal APIs to build complex front-end interfaces and components.

• Translating sophisticated Figma UI/UX into pixel perfect implementations in browser.

Salary range for this role is $150,000 - $230,000. Final offer will reflect how you map to our current needs. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Doss and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
