Drive product marketing for DOSS’s operations platform by developing positioning, campaign messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, win-loss analysis, product launch processes, and ecosystem relationships. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Brand to improve pipeline, win rates, sales cycles, and customer acquisition costs. The role requires strong ERP, supply chain, or inventory-management fluency and is based in San Francisco five days per week.

Build and scale DOSS’s referral partnerships channel by identifying high-fit service providers, earning their trust, activating 10–15 priority partners, and generating qualified pipeline. Manage partner relationships, referral attribution, revenue-share processes, CRM hygiene, and lead handoffs with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. Focus on converting partner relationships into revenue outcomes while operating autonomously in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.

Lead the Forward Deployed Services team owning end-to-end post-sales delivery for largest clients. Manage PMO managers, carry strategic accounts, define best practices, drive product capability gaps, partner with Sales/Product/Engineering, and deploy AI and automation to accelerate adoption and value realization.

Lead post-sales ERP implementations for 1-2 large clients: discover workflows, design data models and integrations, configure the DOSS platform, run UAT and go-live, train clients, drive retention and upsell, and feed product improvements leveraging automation and AI.

Own the SDR function and net-new pipeline, leading a team of eight SDRs while scaling hiring and development. Manage top-of-funnel KPIs, outbound sequences, experimentation, coaching, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration. Build a promotion path to develop SDRs into Account Executives, improve conversion and pipeline quality, and report performance to the Head of Growth.

The Portfolio Manager leads a PMO team, managing complex client relationships throughout the post-sales lifecycle from discovery to implementation and go-live, while also mentoring team members and driving automation and AI improvements.

Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Build and scale channels, run rigorous A/B experiments, instrument funnel metrics, optimize creative and landing pages, and report spend, efficiency, and pipeline contribution while collaborating with product marketing, sales, and design.

Architect and build the core frontend for a collaborative cloud platform, focusing on flexible infrastructure and technical roadmap features.

Design and build a schema-as-code platform for data warehouses, including a Git-style version control system and AI-assisted tooling, while ensuring security and performance.

The Senior PMO will oversee post-sales operations, ensuring client success through product implementation, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration, aiming for enhancements and support in upper mid-market and enterprise clients.

The Lead PMO is responsible for overseeing the post-sales product operations and implementation lifecycle, including client engagement, product design, configuration, and UAT support, ensuring customer success and fostering best practices.

Own applied AI end-to-end: select and operate foundation models, build Dossbot for natural-language ops and automation, create AI-assisted schema/workflow tooling, design permission-aware agentic automations, and implement evals and observability for safe production use.

Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta: set strategy, execute campaigns, run rigorous A/B experiments, measure funnel metrics, optimize CAC, launch and scale channels, and report pipeline and efficiency to Growth leadership while collaborating with product marketing, sales, and design.
