As the third Forward Deployed Engineer at Adonis, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and real-world healthcare impact. You will lead on-site discovery at major health systems, writing production code to integrate with EHR platforms like Epic and Athena. This high-impact role combines technical depth with commercial acumen to solve multi-billion dollar billing challenges.

What you will do:
Lead on-site discovery and own end-to-end production deployments for enterprise health system partners running Epic, Athena, and Cerner.
Write production-grade Python and TypeScript code to extract and process data from complex EHR SQL databases, FHIR APIs, and HL7 feeds.
Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to translate customer workflow pain points and ROI requirements into scalable technical implementations.
The ideal candidate:
Eight or more years of full-stack software engineering experience with deep proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and advanced SQL performance optimization.
Strong commercial mindset and ""founder"" mentality, comfortable navigating ambiguous enterprise environments and communicating with customer stakeholders.
Previous experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or direct integrations with major Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
