Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Systems & Transformation Analyst to support a multi-year enterprise initiative focused on streamlining operations, optimizing systems, and enhancing data and technology capabilities across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of finance, systems, and project execution, acting as a key liaison between accounting stakeholders and technical teams. The analyst will play a hands-on role in process improvement, system migration, and financial systems optimization, with exposure to Workday Financials and broader platform transformation efforts. In this position, you will help drive key finance initiatives, improve process efficiency, and strengthen the overall control environment. Position Responsibilities

  • Support our current transformation program, including a large-scale financial systems consolidation and migration to a unified policy platform (C1)
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across accounting and finance teams to identify and drive process improvement opportunities, helping reduce manual work and increase efficiency
  • Contribute to system implementation and enhancement efforts, including configuration support, testing, and issue resolution (Workday Financials and other platforms)
  • Support ongoing efforts to enhance and streamline finance processes, particularly those connected to C1 and Workday Financials
  • Partner with accounting and finance stakeholders to translate business needs into system and process enhancements
  • Assist with process redesign initiatives, including procure-to-pay and expense management workflows
  • Perform data mapping across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency between legacy and new data structures
  • Participate in project management activities, including tracking deliverables, monitoring progress, and coordinating across teams
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes through system maintenance, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
  • Develop and maintain financial and operational reports to support accounting and finance teams
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation during system updates and migrations
  • Collaborate with managed services and technical teams to resolve system defects and implement enhancements

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, or business operations (internships included)
  • 1+ years of experience in system restructuring or implementation projects
  • Exposure to Workday Financials or similar ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle preferred
  • Strong interest in systems, data, and process improvement (this is not a traditional accounting role)
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis; familiarity with financial modeling or reporting a plus
  • Familiarity with industry standard methodologies such as Sprint, Agile, Waterfall, etc.
  • Exposure to projects, systems implementations, or process improvement initiatives is highly desirable
  • Understanding of core accounting processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, financial close) preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive, “roll up your sleeves” mindset
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

The target salary range for this position is $92,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
