In this role, you’ll:
- Prepare and review the Group's consolidation, ensuring compliance with IFRS.
- Lead the preparation of subsidiaries' annual financial statements across all entities.
- Manage the annual audit process end-to-end, including the relationship with external auditors and other advisors.
- Provide support for month-end and year-end closing, including intricate IFRS calculations and analysis.
- Ensure quality control of financial transactions and group-level reporting.
- Institute, oversee, and enforce internal controls of financial data.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of internal and external finance tools.
Your skills & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance.
- 3+ years of experience in finance/audit, with a focus on IFRS reporting and consolidation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., PowerBI, ERPs).
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and experience applying these standards in complex accounting situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian languages.
Nice to have:
- ACCA or equivalent certification (or in progress) would be a plus.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company and/or BIG4 firm would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL or experience with big-data analytics tools would also be an advantage.
