Senior Financial Analyst

How you will create an impact

• Provide regular production reports and analysis to the business functions to support the channel and branch performance management.
• Provide business driver reports and analysis to track and monitor the business activities.
• Manage the production budget system and support Profit Centers and Distributions in the budget and forecast processes.
• Prepare the regular expense reports and expense allocation to the profit centers.
• Work with different business and operation teams to improve the efficiency and quality of the reports / analysis.
• Manage the branch finance operation and support the branch GM to manage the business performance
• Participate in AIG corporate AML training, and be obligated to perform AML related duties, including KYC, large/suspicious transaction reports, high-risk customer reports etc.
• Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills, experience in General Insurance company is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Must be sharp, intellectually curious, deadline focused and self-motivated.
