Role Responsibilities
The Senior Financial Analyst acts as a strategic finance partner to business teams, supporting decision-making through performance insights, planning, and financial modeling. The role focuses on driving financial visibility, accountability, and alignment across areas of responsibility.
Manage assigned cost centers, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses, budget adherence, and financial controls.
Perform financial and business performance analysis, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
Monitor expense run rates and proactively identify financial risks and efficiency opportunities.
Prepare and deliver periodic financial reporting with clear insights for business and cost center owners.
Provide budget updates and performance explanations to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.
Maintain and evolve financial and business models to support routine business cases and planning scenarios.
Develop reports and dashboards by consolidating data from financial systems and internal databases.
Lead the preparation of operating plans, forecasts, and outlooks for assigned areas of responsibility.
Partner closely with business teams to support planning cycles and improve financial visibility and accountability.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, or related finance roles, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of cost center management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems, databases, and reporting tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial results clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal, written, and listening skills (Level B2+ minimum, C1 ideal).
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and follow through to resolution.
Work Shift
