Bridgestone Americas, Inc. This role will serve as the primary finance partner for Firestone Airide’s (FSA) Sales leaders for pricing, demand planning, and reporting. In addition, to supporting monthly accounting close and forecasting activities.
The position reports to FSA’s Finance Manager and will have direct exposure to leadership and multiple cross-functional teams on a global scale.

Primary finance partner for the U.S. Sales team with focus on improving price and mix variance reporting to influence ROI analysis and go-to-market strategies
Directs sales Data & Analytics initiatives (e.g. Power BI) to enhance sales reporting visibility and insights, specifically to inform the FSA President, VP of Sales, and Global Sales Channel Directors
Manages monthly Demand Planning consolidation from global sales team, provides forecasting insights, and presents FSA overview to leadership to highlight key changes and decisions needed
Leads oversight of Global Pricing Administration, including responsibility for master data compliance, adherence to business approval thresholds, and process improvements
Updates RMI Pricing for U.S. OEM customers based on commodity market data and customer contractual agreements to ensure compliance and accurate recovery of material costs
Supports the Monthly Accounting Close process, including individual analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations with a focus on sales activities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
MBA or related graduate degree and relevant certifications (e.g. CPA, CMA) preferred
3+ years of related Finance experience
Knowledge of SAP, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and Power BI expertise preferred
Ability to clearly present recommendations and summarize complex issues, particularly for non-Finance teammates
