Partners strategically with assigned business units to improve organizational effectiveness, support business change, advocate HR programs, and develop talent. The role supports an on-site, non-union manufacturing plant in Abilene, Texas, with recruiting, onboarding, and broad HR responsibilities.

Support plant IT by installing, configuring, maintaining computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Assist with network capacity analysis, design and technical analysis of LAN/WAN, switches, multiplexers, front-end processors, and help ensure SLA compliance to support manufacturing operations.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including managing office supplies, preparing purchase orders, sorting and shipping mail and packages, copying documents, maintaining mail and copy room equipment, and entering data into office systems. Works under moderate supervision and communicates information requiring basic explanation or interpretation.

Own and prioritize the technical product backlog, translating business needs into API-level epics, features, and user stories. Coordinate delivery across backend, frontend, MuleSoft integration, and DevOps teams, manage dependencies, refine work, support sprint planning, remove blockers, and ensure quality delivery. The Area Engineering Supervisor leads a team of engineers, manages critical projects, allocates resources, and ensures plant equipment efficiency and improvements while mentoring staff.

Lead end-to-end development and launch of credit card products: build roadmaps and business cases, run pilots, ensure regulatory and budget compliance, partner cross-functionally, drive customer-centered design and external fintech partnerships to scale offerings.

Support design and analysis of telecom and network infrastructure for manufacturing: assist with network architecture, LAN/WAN, switches, multiplexers, front-end processors, and capacity planning while ensuring SLA compliance under close supervision.

Design, update, and support franchised-dealer equipment and assembly-plant machines using CAD tools. Manage engineering change orders, standardize mechanical designs, lead small projects, troubleshoot installations, and maintain QMS documentation. Visit plants and dealers for process studies and on-site technical support. Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce assembly cost and improve equipment reliability; travel domestically and work extended hours as needed.

Manage and prioritize production activities to meet specifications, schedules, cost and quality targets. Supervise and train production staff, coordinate with engineering, supply, and sales, plan maintenance/downtime, and resolve operational issues within guidelines.

Support scale-up of polymer products across distillation, reaction, flash, and drying operations. Lead continuous improvement, process control optimization, trials, troubleshooting, data-driven analysis, capital project scoping, start-up/commissioning, and collaborate with R&D, operations, maintenance, and vendors to implement manufacturing solutions.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will design and implement mechanical systems, oversee projects, ensure safety compliance, and improve reliability within the production plant.
