What You Will Do:

  • Analyze financial execution data, revenue, expenditures, and workload trends

  • Compare planned versus actual performance and identify key drivers of variances

  • Develop financial forecasts and projections to support decision-making

  • Perform research and analysis regarding operational and financial impacts of changing mission requirements

  • Support development of annual and out-year financial projections.

  • Monitor execution against approved plans and recommend corrective actions when necessary

  • Support annual billing rate development and validation efforts

  • Analyze customer demand, revenue generation, and execution performance

  • Research and respond to customer and stakeholder financial inquiries

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • FOUR (4) or more years of relevant data analysis or data management experience, consistent with senior-level technical labor categories

  • Relevant experience with financial forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, etc.

  • Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week

  • Experience supporting DoW, Air Force, USTRANSCOM, or Working Capital Fund organizations.

  • Experience supporting budget execution and financial planning activities

  • Experience working with large financial and operational datasets

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in complex environments

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
