By leveraging the Heartbeat business system, Lean concepts, and technology/digitization, this role is also accountable for standardizing and modernizing Imaging FP&A processes across sub-segments to enable consistent roll-ups, scalable analytics, and best-in-class operating rhythms. In addition, this role is responsible for developing and deploying a strategic framework for holistic variable cost productivity and operating leakage identification, quantification, tracking, and problem solving. The framework will drive improvement in GEHC’s bottom line within Imaging and beyond, with high visibility to senior leadership.

Leads the wing-to-wing FP&A cycle for Imaging Primary, including planning, forecasting/estimates, monthly/quarterly close, operating cadence, P&L stewardship, variance analysis, and business insight generation from orders/sales through operating margin/operating profit; ensures reliable and defensible estimates and clear performance narratives.
Supports daily/weekly/monthly estimates and quarterly closing by developing granular, actionable performance views and tracking progress to plan; partners with sub segment teams to implement actions to drive performance to planned outcomes.
Drives profitability and decision support across the Imaging franchise, extending to franchise fully burdened P&L to support management reporting, commercial analytics, and performance insights used in L0 pulse / Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR), including content that enables the Imaging Segment CEO/CFO operating reviews with GE HealthCare CEO/CFO.
Acts as the standard setter for Imaging FP&A processes across sub-segment FP&A teams by defining common planning/estimating approaches, roll-up methodologies, governance, and standard work; ensures consistent definitions, assumptions, and performance reporting across the segment.
Leads standardization and digitization of internal FP&A processes and tools, including how estimates are rolled up, challenged, and reported; drives digitized analytics for insights, commercial performance, and variance explanations; applies Lean to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enable resource-optimized, scalable execution.
Builds and deploys a holistic variable cost productivity and operating leakage framework, ensuring margin drivers are assessed end-to-end—not only through identified productivity projects, but also through structural inefficiencies and operational leakage; enables consistent identification, quantification, measurement, tracking, and governance of key margin drivers.
Establishes an operating mechanism to analyze and problem solve leakage, including repeatable routines, KPI dashboards, root-cause problem solving, and cross-functional action plans; ensures transparency, accountability, and sustained results.
Leads and develops teams and stakeholders to solve complex problems; evaluates quality of information, challenges conflicting data, and synthesizes inputs from multiple internal/external sources to drive decisions and recommendations to leadership.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or other numeracy-based topics and 5 years financial work experience.
Demonstrated experience with Power BI, AI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights and performance narratives.
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to influence at multiple organizational levels including executive leadership.
Strong interpersonal and people leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze, simplify, and resolve complex problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects that standardize and digitize processes, establish governance/standard work, and deliver measurable outcomes using Lean principles and technology.
Strong knowledge of GEHC financial, commercial and services operating systems; understanding of operating rhythms including monthly/quarterly cadences and executive operating reviews.
