Roles and Responsibilities
- Plant Financial Leadership: Serve as the finance leader for the Electric Avenue manufacturing site, providing financial oversight and strategic guidance to plant leadership. Manage site financial performance, including P&L, inventory, capital expenditures, and productivity initiatives.
- Operational Finance Partnership: Partner with operations leaders to drive productivity, cost reduction, and cash improvement initiatives. Provide financial analysis and decision support for key operational and strategic initiatives.
- Forecasting, Reporting & Budgeting: Lead monthly pacing, forecasting, and closing cycles. Deliver financial insights and performance updates to support decision-making and achievement of business objectives. Support annual standard cost setting and budgeting activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of financial processes. Leverage digital tools and analytics (i.e. Power BI) to improve reporting, visibility, and decision-making.
- Global MICTX Support: Support key global MICT financial processes and operational improvement initiatives. Lead inventory and sourcing/PPV reporting, identifying opportunities to improve financial and operational performance across manufacturing sites.
- People Leadership: Coach and develop finance talent, including serving as the assignment leader for the Financial Management Program (FMP). Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial experience, preferably including supply chain finance.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to drive business performance and financial results.
