We are looking for a Senior Executive – Finance to support day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in financial management and working knowledge of project-based accounting, preferably within engineering or project-driven industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and reconciliations
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Monitor project-wise cost allocations, revenue recognition, and cash flows
Coordinate with internal departments for timely invoicing and collections
Prepare documentation for audits, bank dealings, and compliance matters
Ensure accurate data entry in ERP and maintain financial records
Support vendor payments, tax calculations, and withholding tax filings
Assist in the preparation of MIS reports and dashboards for management
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities when needed
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Part-qualified CA / ACCA / ICMA will be preferred
3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an engineering or project-based organization
Strong understanding of financial processes, taxation, and compliance (FBR, SRB)
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Part-qualified CA, ACCA, or ICMA
- 3-5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
- Working knowledge of project-based accounting
- Experience in an engineering or project-driven organization
- Strong understanding of financial processes, taxation, and compliance (FBR, SRB)
