Title and Summary
Manager, Account Management
We are looking for an Account Manager for Mastercard in Pakistan to support our business development strategy with Banking, FinTech & Telco ecosystem partners, through establishing and developing deep relationships, identifying opportunities and consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about payments, possesses expertise in card product management, acceptance, digital payments, and e-commerce, and will be energized to accelerate Mastercard's partnership with clients within the payments ecosystem. They will have a focus on delivering Pakistan's business objective, a great client experience, being highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset
Role
In this customer facing position, you will:• Work with banking, FinTech and telco partners to identify business growth opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions.• Expand your business portfolio with various Mastercard products and solutions.• Take responsibility for driving revenue.• Work with wider Mastercard teams and your customer, translating initiatives into actionable outcomes. • As the primary contact for Mastercard, provide an exemplary high level of customer experience for partners.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:• Be well-versed in Pakistan's banking, payments and digital financial services ecosystem• Experienced in payments business, i.e. cards, e-commerce, acceptance, etc • Have a knack for relationship management, provide work-class customer experience to our partners and articulate solutions in a clear manner. Be able to effectively engage with senior/leadership levels, act as a trust advisor and develop relationships

• Have financial and analytical acumen, understanding key drivers for growth.• Collaborative and team mindset, working with both partners and own teams.
