Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Exempt Senior Recruiter – Business Unit and Functions to join our Cummins Inc. team in Atlanta, GA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Preferred experience in agency and/or in-house recruiting environments, bringing versatility across sourcing and hiring approaches.
Utilize applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and reporting resources to manage candidate pipelines and support hiring visibility.
Apply structured candidate assessment and selection methodologies to deliver objective, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
Demonstrate expertise in external talent sourcing strategies that attract and engage diverse candidate populations.
Provide consultative support to hiring leaders by leveraging sound judgment, business knowledge, and talent market insights.
Use data analytics, problem-solving, and data visualization principles to identify trends and drive recruitment process improvements.
Foster strong partnerships through effective stakeholder management, collaboration, persuasion, and customer-centric service.
Bring an action-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate changing priorities, exercise decision quality, and contribute to positive business results.
