About the Role: Are you a creative visionary with a passion for design and leadership? CloudThat is looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to drive the creative direction across diverse projects-from static visuals, carousels, GIFs, videos, brochures, eBooks, and case studies to UI/UX design for websites and landing pages. You’ll work on AWS & Microsoft–aligned marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners to deliver innovative, high-impact designs. This role combines hands-on design expertise with team leadership, offering the opportunity to mentor a talented design team, manage multiple projects, and shape the organization’s visual identity across all digital and print channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Conceptualize, design, and execute creative projects across digital and print formats, including UI/UX design.

· Develop landing pages, website interfaces, and interactive elements that align with marketing goals and brand identity.

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and career development support.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.

· Maintain brand consistency and elevate the organization’s visual presence across all channels.

· Innovate with motion graphics, videos, GIFs, and interactive content to enhance engagement.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality, and client expectations are met.

Requirements

(Must-Have):

· 5+ years of proven experience in graphic design, UI/UX, and multimedia.

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, and XD.

· Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and responsive design.

· Motion graphics & video editing skills for digital marketing assets.

· Hands-on experience in UI/UX design (landing pages, website layouts, wireframes)

· Good communication skills with the ability to present and defend creative ideas.

· Experience in leading/mentoring a design team and handling multiple projects.

(Good to Have):

· Exposure to B2B tech/IT/EdTech or cloud industry design projects.

· Motion graphics/animation expertise.

· Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS basics, CMS design constraints).

· Familiarity with AI design tools and ability to integrate AI into workflows.

· Certifications in UI/UX, Multimedia Design, or Digital Design tools.

Skills Required

5+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, and multimedia
