Main Purpose of Job
The Senior Executive – Full Stack Developer is responsible for supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of in-house software applications. The role involves hands-on programming across both front-end and back-end components, ensuring quality, functionality, and performance. The individual will work closely with team members to deliver business requirements while continuously improving coding practices and application reliability.
Principle responsibilities & duties
- Develop and maintain web-based applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in application coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Assist in API integration and data exchange between systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and QA testers to understand and implement functional requirements.
- Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
- Support the DevOps team in CI/CD activities, deployments, and version control.
- Perform system troubleshooting and bug fixes in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of technical documentation and user guides as required.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily standups, and reviews.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to development work.
Minimum job requirement (education & experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Exposure to Agile software development methodology and life cycle.
- Experience in building or maintaining internal systems or applications is preferred.
Knowledges, skills and abilities required
- Working knowledge of both front-end and back-end development (e.g., .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, React, Angular).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, relational databases (e.g., SQL), and version control systems like Git.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization is a plus.
- Good analytical and debugging skills.
- Willingness to take direction and contribute to team goals.
