We are seeking a Senior ERP Consultant to join our team and
play a key role in implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Sage
ERP solutions for our clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong ERP implementation and consulting
experience, with the ability to understand business requirements, translate
them into effective system solutions, and provide end-to-end support throughout
the implementation lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with
clients, end users, developers, and project teams to ensure ERP projects are
delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Implementing and configuring Sage 300
ERP modules in line with client business requirements.
· Gathering, analysing, and documenting business
requirements and translating them into appropriate ERP solutions.
· Performing system setup, configuration, testing,
data migration, and go-live support.
· Providing functional and technical support to
end users and resolving system-related issues promptly.
· Troubleshooting ERP issues and coordinating with
relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
· Preparing system
specifications, technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating
procedures (SOPs).
· Conducting end-user training, demonstrations,
and knowledge transfer sessions.
· Customising reports, forms, workflows, and other
system functionalities where required.
· Working closely with developers on system
customisations, integrations, and third-party applications.
· Monitoring system performance and recommending
enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.
· Supporting ERP upgrades, patches, system
enhancements, and version migrations.
· Ensuring data integrity, system security, and
compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
· Working closely with project teams to ensure ERP
implementation projects are delivered on time and within budget.
· Managing project documentation, progress
tracking, implementation milestones, and project deliverables.
· Providing post-implementation support and
identifying opportunities for continuous system improvement.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
· Candidates with an Accounting background should
have strong IT and ERP systems knowledge.
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant
experience in ERP implementation, consulting, system support, or a
related role.
· Practical experience with Sage 300 is highly desirable.
· Experience with Sage 200 will
also be an added advantage.
· Strong understanding of ERP implementation
processes, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data
migration, training, and go-live support.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and
non-technical users.
· Strong documentation and project management
skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and
deliverables while meeting project deadlines.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field
