Monitors and investigates security alerts across internal and customer environments. The SOC Analyst triages incidents, analyzes logs and indicators of compromise, supports containment and recovery, performs threat intelligence, threat hunting, and vulnerability management, and maintains incident records and SOC reports. The role also improves monitoring rules and dashboards while collaborating with infrastructure, network, cloud, service desk, and customer teams to resolve security issues.

Supports ERP and business software implementation, configuration, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, user access, data validation, documentation, reporting, and basic technical support. Assists with user training and collaborates with departments to understand system requirements. Requires education or training in IT, computer science, software engineering, or information systems, along with ERP exposure, database knowledge, analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
