Drives sales growth by identifying new business, managing corporate client relationships, achieving sales targets, preparing tenders and RFP responses, and supporting client onboarding. The role sells cybersecurity, server, storage, and other IT solutions, coordinates with internal teams and reseller partners, maintains sales pipeline records, and travels as needed to meet clients and pursue opportunities.

Lead implementation, configuration, testing, data migration, go-live and post-implementation support for Sage ERP solutions. Gather and document business requirements, customise reports/workflows, train end users, prepare technical documentation and SOPs, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with developers for integrations, and manage project milestones to deliver ERP projects on time and within budget.

Support daily accounting operations including payment processing, petty cash, bank transfers, AP invoice capture, journal entries, reconciliations, WHT and payroll-related controls, and assist with month-end and year-end close while ensuring statutory compliance.
