What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for strategic leadership as the primary point of accountability across end-to-end product implementations for client engagement and success throughout the full lifecycle
- Developing and executing detailed project plans, aligning client strategic goals and framework with Arcadia’s implementation methodology while orchestrating all phases of the engagement—including product configuration, data validation, user training, and go-live execution that will ensure seamless delivery and long-term client value
- Effectively communicates project status, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to senior client and internal leadership, ensuring stakeholder alignment and informed decision-making
- Demonstrating advanced organizational, presentation, and client service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts such as data architecture, integration frameworks, and platform configuration
- Serving as a strategic advisor to key clients, ensuring alignment between implementation activities, business objectives, and defined success metrics
- Defining, implementing, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success, client satisfaction, and value realization
- Providing coaching, mentorship, and oversight to junior team members while also leading cross-functional best practice initiatives
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Brings 6–10+ years of progressive experience, with a proven record of leading large-scale implementations and successful influence and management of executive stakeholders
- Expertise in healthcare data integrations, including clinical and claims workflows, risk adjustment, healthcare interoperability
- Fluency in data aggregation and analysis, with experience using tools like SQL/Redshift, Tableau/Quicksight, and Excel; comfortable working with data models and platform configurations
- Extensive healthcare experience, including knowledge of population health, value-based care, and healthcare operations
