We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the homologation of Advanced Driver‑Assistance and semi‑autonomous driving systems in Europe and China.
You will work at the intersection of engineering, regulation, and customer engagement, ensuring our L2++ safety and comfort features meet regulatory, safety, and customer expectations on the path to mass production.
How your job will look like:
- Initiate, plan, and execute semi‑autonomous vehicle programs for globally known OEMs
- Own the end‑to‑end homologation of ADAS and automated driving systems (EU & China), including UNECE regulations, Euro NCAP, and type approval
- Act as the single point of contact for homologation affairs across engineering and commercial domains, enabling fast decision‑making and alignment
- Manage type approval roadmap, timeline, integration, delivery, and monitoring from concept to SOP
- Translate regulatory and customer requirements into execution by leading technical workshops, test drives, system tuning, and validation activities for driving and safety functions
- Coordinate with OEMs, technical services, and authorities throughout certification and approval phases
- Drive resolution of internal and external escalations, reducing delivery risk and maintaining customer confidence
All you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)
- 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management (automotive or high‑tech)
- Strong understanding of ADAS and automated driving development lifecycles
- Solid knowledge of European regulations (UNECE); Chinese standards are a strong plus
- Experience leading multi‑site, cross‑disciplinary teams and working directly with OEMs or certification bodies
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Willingness to travel within Europe and to China
