Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize neural networks for detection, segmentation, tracking, and scene understanding on large-scale vehicle datasets. Collaborate cross-functionally to produce production-ready, embedded-optimized models for autonomous driving and ADAS systems.

Design, develop, and deploy deep learning algorithms and semantic understanding engines for HD mapping and automotive perception. Lead end-to-end projects from research and prototyping to training, evaluation, integration, and scalable deployment using large-scale driving datasets. Collaborate across teams to improve model accuracy, robustness, and runtime efficiency.

Operate and maintain multi-node GPU compute and training clusters, manage NVIDIA GPU software and interconnects, own parallel and network storage, administer enterprise networking and identity services, provision mixed endpoints, and run server-room operations and capacity planning as the technical site owner.

Develop and test embedded automotive cybersecurity solutions from concept through implementation. Work with security requirements, prototype and HIL test environments, automotive communication protocols, secure boot, key provisioning, intrusion detection, software updates, and HSMs. Collaborate with internal experts and customers to align security concepts and system integration.

Works with accounting, financial systems, BI tools, and SOX controls while coordinating across organizational divisions.

Develop and enhance UVM-based verification environments for AI and deep learning hardware accelerators. Create and debug tests combining UVM and embedded software, define coverage measures, integrate industry-standard protocols and third-party VIPs, and debug waveforms using EDA tools. Collaborate with designers, architects, and software developers across teams to deliver comprehensive verification environments for Mobileye EyeQ chips.

Develops and enhances UVM-based verification environments for AI and deep learning hardware accelerators. Responsibilities include writing and debugging SystemVerilog and software-driven tests, defining coverage measures, creating test plans, integrating AXI/OCP and third-party VIPs, debugging waveforms with EDA tools, and independently identifying root causes. The engineer collaborates with hardware designers, architects, and software developers across engineering teams.

Design, develop, and communicate software architecture for Autosar self-driving platforms. Support detailed SW design, integration, and architecture verification. Coordinate with PMs to define work packages and deliveries. Apply architectural analysis methods for functional safety and cybersecurity (e.g., software event-tree analysis).

Design and architect DFT solutions across SoCs (MBIST, SCAN, ATPG, LBIST), develop RTL, verify in gate-level simulation, ensure ATPG meets ISO26262 safety, analyze coverage/yield, and support production and silicon debug.

Design and develop core components and logic for Mobileye's HD map creation pipeline. Collaborate closely with algorithm and engineering teams to build high-performance, massively parallel map-processing systems using Big Data and Spark technologies. Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability for autonomous driving map production.

Lead applied research and POCs for perception and autonomy systems. Design and implement end-to-end multi-camera, multi-modal vision solutions (detection, tracking, 3D reconstruction, fusion, motion prediction) and translate research into validated POCs for production deployment in autonomous vehicle platforms.

Design and implement software to optimize deep learning models (quantization, pruning, compression) for efficient inference on low-power automotive hardware. Develop in Python and PyTorch, collaborate with algorithm teams, run literature research and POCs, and support full software lifecycle including testing and CI/CD.

Support the EVP by tracking leadership action items, scoping and documenting tasks, preparing executive materials, identifying operational improvements, maintaining confidentiality, and managing executive presence across internal and external platforms while driving execution across R&D domains.

Lead the technical direction and delivery of a large-scale B2B autonomous-vehicle hardware/software platform. Coordinate customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams, define go-to-market strategy, resolve complex technical issues, and drive execution from initiation through delivery.

Design and deliver scalable validation frameworks and tooling for REM mapping and localization. Build data validation infrastructure, integrate analysis tools and pipelines, define metrics to assess map quality, manage data platforms (lakes/warehouses), and prioritize daily tasks while improving validation efficiency and scale.

Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for R&D roles (algorithms, software, system architecture). Partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles, source and screen talent, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding. Improve recruitment workflows and participate in HR operations like employee lifecycle management, HR analytics, and culture/welfare activities.
