Senior Engineering Program Manager - Hybrid
The Senior Engineering Program Manager will work with their Engineering counterparts to define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. The scope of this role is both broad (across a business unit) and deep (in terms of technical, process and continuous improvement required to develop and build enterprise wide IS services). Their responsibilities span the life of the solution or service and include collaboration with Engineering and business stakeholders, engaging with caregivers, working with Engineering to define the solution or service, managing the release, establishing the solution/service's identity in the ecosystem, and connecting with and supporting the caregiver community. This role will work in a fast-paced environment, have constant demands for on time delivery, and will require understanding our customer needs, analysis and design, strong problem resolution, decision making, communication and partnering skills. Collaborating with the business, fellow IS organizations, and the project teams will be critical for success.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering.
- 5 years of related experience leading complex engineering programs in endpoint, digital employee experience (DEX), or similar programs.
- Strong program and project experience.
- Master's Degree
- Experience in a Healthcare environment.
