Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Join our team at Enterprise Information Services and thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.
Ready to build solutions that truly make a difference? As a Senior Engineering Program Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of technology, data, strategy, and caregiver experience—partnering closely with Engineering, Data, and business leaders to define data requirements, design scalable integrations, and deliver services that delight caregivers and drive real value at Providence. This role blends big‑picture vision with hands‑on execution, guiding solutions from early concept through launch and beyond, with a strong focus on how data is sourced, modeled, integrated, and operationalized across platforms. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, juggling priorities, solving complex problems, and bringing clarity to ambiguity—whether that’s aligning stakeholders on data contracts, shaping integration patterns, or ensuring analytics and operational data are reliable and fit for purpose. From influencing feature and data architecture designs to managing releases and championing data quality, observability, and continuous improvement, you’ll own the end‑to‑end experience. If you love collaborating with smart teams, shipping meaningful, data‑driven solutions, and leaving systems better than you found them, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.
