What you’ll achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.
You will:
- As a SME will be front ending build and operations of end-to-end network infrastructure across multiple data center environments. Supported network infrastructure for all customer-facing product offerings for external customers.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
- Proficient in working directly with highly technical customers and managing customer expectations.
- Stays current on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements of Dell Technologies and industry products through professional associations, trade journals, networking and associated training and seminars. Actively works to educate others on potential problems and resolutions.
- The work environment is 24/7 rotating shifts and will cover weekends and weekdays.

Essential Requirements
- 6-9 Years of Experience in remote IT Infrastructure support of global enterprise clients
- Strong 5+ years’ experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, SRM, VSAN, NSX V/T is expected. This experience should include the planning, deployment, configuration and administration of host systems and virtual machines
- 4+ years’ experience with Vblock, VxRack, VxRail and MX Compute. This experience should include the planning, deployment, configuration and administration.
- Hands on experience in handling SDDC environment, knowledge on PowerEdge and Power scale
- L2 level Experience on VMware SRM, RP4VM and NSX T
