About This OpportunityWe are hiring across multiple levels within our Fixed Line Core and IMS VOBB operations team - from skilled L2 Engineers to experienced Senior Engineers and strategic Team Leads. You will be part of a high-performing, multi-vendor network environment supporting critical voice, signaling, and IMS infrastructure across platforms from Ericsson, Nokia, Oracle, Ribbon, Tekelec, and Genband. You Will Bring• 8-15+ years in telecom core network engineering and operations• 2+ years in a formal leadership or team management role• Expert-level knowledge of IMS, VoLTE, and 5GC core architecture• Deep understanding of signaling networks - DSR, STP, Diameter routing• Strong knowledge of legacy switching (DMS, CS2K) and migration strategies• Proven ability to lead multi-vendor telecom operations at scale• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and executive communication skills
What Will You Do• Lead and manage a team of engineers across all multi-vendor platforms - Tekelec, Ribbon, Oracle, Nokia, Genband, and Ericsson• Own end-to-end network availability, SLA adherence, and operational KPI delivery• Drive major incident management, escalation handling, and post-incident reviews• Define and improve operational processes, automation frameworks, and best practices• Plan and execute network expansions, IMS-to-5GC evolution programs, and TDM-to-VoIP/IMS migrations• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers• Lead budgeting, capacity forecasting, and long-term technology roadmap planning• Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and operational standards
Key Qualifications• Bachelor's or master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field• Relevant experience 8-15+ years (Team Lead)• Knowledge of core telecom protocols - SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP, Diameter, and RTP• Hands-on experience with multi-vendor platforms across Ericsson, Nokia, Oracle, Ribbon, Tekelec, and Genband• Linux/Unix proficiency; scripting skills in Python or Shell are an advantage• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills• Leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills (Team Lead)• Experience with IMS, VoLTE, 5GC architecture and legacy migration strategies (L3 and above)
