Purpose:

Skills Required
- 5-12 years in application development, design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
- Proven design and delivery of mission‑critical microservices (Java/Spring Boot/Kafka)
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, performance, and resilience (AWS/Azure)
- Hands-on experience with modern software delivery practices (CI/CD, automated testing, build & release, config management)
- Structured, data-driven decision maker delivering measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Experience in Payments / Financial Services
