MMGS India is seeking candidates for the following position in its Corporate Information Solutions (CIS) team based out of Mumbai.

Senior Test Analyst

What can you expect?

• The successful applicant is expected to test deliverables for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application, follow all test practice guidelines, and mentor and coach team members.
• Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.
• Document testing problems and resolutions for future reference, maintain defect logs and issue logs wherever applicable
• Participate in the development of technical documentation and user manuals wherever assigned
• Communicate effectively with team members and all the stakeholders of the project
• Identify problem areas and suggest improvements
• Identify areas, which are suitable for automation
• Guide and Mentor new joiners and assist team members in resolving queries
• Should have good analytical and logical skills
• Should have good testing and test results reporting skills. Ability to test applications from user requirements and/or functional specifications and/or design
• Should have hands on experience in automation testing
• Experience of using Test complete preferred
• Should be able to create and execute SQL queries
• Should have the ability to document test results
• Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and support new applications and systems

• Strong experience Oracle Fusion cloud ERP application with knowledge on all or any of the following modules like Inventory, Order Management, AR and GL modules
• Excellent understanding of manual test process and defect management,
• Proactive to identify gaps & implement improvement with very less supervision.

• Should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers
• Ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographies
• Have Good communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of processes & development best practices
• Good communication skills
• High degree of problem solving skills to resolve problems in a multi-product/service environment

What you need to have: 

• Minimum 4 - 6 yrs experience in testing environment
• BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
