Senior Manager - AI Data Solutions Engineering

What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

• Develop and lead complex projects, managing plans to achieve objectives and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Build and manage database management systems, utilizing technical expertise to design, develop, analyze, and install these systems.
• Engage in database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation, and configuration management.
• Use knowledge of data mapping, data mining, and data transformation to design and develop robust databases, ensuring optimal data storage and requirements.
• Collaborate with the Platform team and other Pfizer Digital teams to define and execute technology-focused Proof of Concepts (POCs) and guide business stakeholders through prioritization and identifying opportunities for synergy.
• Design and build AI Ready data products, use AI data engineering methods and tools

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• BA/BS or MBA/MS with 9+ years of relevant experience or PhD/JD with 3+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of experience
• Proven knowledge in managing pharmaceutical clinical and scientific data
• Demonstrated success in embedding algorithms in production applications
• Experience in database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation, and configuration management
• Proficiency in data mapping, data mining, and data transformation

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Graduate degree in either a technical or management discipline
• Management consultant experience
• Strong analytical skills and tools to produce data in an organized way to drive objective insights
• Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others
